Crab & Pea Pod Pita

Ingredients
  Crab mixture 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Imitation crabmeat 8 Ounce (Drained, Flaked)
  Pea pod/Snow peas 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1-inch pieces (Fresh)
  Water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Chopped red bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced onion 2 Tablespoon (Green Onion)
  Fat free mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon style mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pita 1
  Whole wheat pita pockets 4 , cut in half
  Lettuce leaves 8
  Reduced fat swiss cheese slices 4 , cut in half (Alpine LaceĀ® Deli)
Directions

Combine all crab mixture ingredients in large bowl.

Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl; toss with crab mixture.

Line pita pockets with lettuce leaf. Place 1 piece cheese in each pita pocket. Fill with 1/2 cup salad mixture.
