Beefy Vegetable Pitas By Ecliptic Dawn

Ingredients
  Pita bread 1
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1
  Tomato 1
  Swiss cheese 1 Dash
Directions

1. Cook the ground beef in a frying pan until brown then drain the grease.
2. Dice carrots, celery and onions then add to the frying pan along with the tomato sauce.
3. Cook until vegetables become fork tender.
4. Place a healthy portion of the meat/vegetable mixture onto a pita then add sliced cheese and sliced tomatoes. Fold and enjoy!
