Easy Low-Fat Raw Veggie Pitas

Marinated veggies and arugula wrapped up in a cabbage pita! Saaaweet! Seriously though, this is pretty darn yummy. You might want to eat like 6 of them ;)
Ingredients
  Mango 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Arugula 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cucumber 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), sliced
  Chives 1 Tablespoon
  Cabbage 1 Large
  Tomato 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Marinate tomatoes and cucumber with lemon juice.

MAKING
2. In a blender, blend mango and chives till smooth.
3. Take out a layer of cabbage and put arugula over it followed by tomatoes, cucumber and sprinkle chives over it.
4. Wrap veggie pita and pour mango dressing over it.

SERVING
5. Serve it with any smoothie of your choice.
