Ingredients
  Avocado 1 , diced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked chicken 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pita breads 4
Directions

Toss diced avocado in lemon juice.
Add remaining ingredients, except pitas, and toss lightly.
Heat pitas in a 350° oven; fill with chicken mixture.
Makes 4 servings.
