Shrimp Pita Salad

Ingredients
  Shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked, chopped, well chilled
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped (Use Inner Ribs Of Stalk)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon, freshly squeezed
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), well chilled
  Leaf lettuce head 1 , rinsed, torn into bite-size pieces and chilled
  Green onions 4 , chopped (Green Tops Included)
  Pita bread rounds 4
  Black pepper 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a chilled bowl, mix the shrimp and celery together and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
2) Gently mix in the mayonnaise and curry powder.
3) Line four chilled plates with leaf lettuce, spoon over the shrimp mixture and sprinkle with the green onions.
4) Slice each pita bread into 8 wedges and arrange around the edges of the salads.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately.
