Pita Pizza Wedges
|Bread||2 (6.5 Inch Each)|
|Pizza sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
Split each pita round in half horizontally.
Quarter each round, forming 16 triangles total.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake in a 325° oven for 18 to 20 minutes or till crisp and golden.
Spread pizza sauce over toasted triangles.
Top with mushrooms and cheese.
Return to oven and bake about 5 minutes more or till cheese melts.
