Hummus Pita Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Pita breads 2 , halved
  Hummus 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cherry tomatoes 3 , halved
  Chopped bell peppers To Taste
  Chopped scallions 2 Tablespoon
  Alfalfa sprouts 3 Tablespoon
  Tamari 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Open pita pockets. Place Hummus in the bottom of each pocket. Fill with vegetables. Drizzle a little tamari over the top of the filling.
