Cucumber Yogurt And Pita

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Minced fresh dill/1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed 1 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cucumbers 2 , peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  Pita bread 1
Directions

Place all ingredients except cucumber and pita bread in bowl and mix well with fork or whisk.
Add cucumber and mix again.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve chilled with toasted pita bread.
As a cucumber salad to accompany a spicy main course, slice cucumbers instead of chopping.
