Warm Cheese Walnut Pitas
|Reduced fat swiss cheese||2 Ounce, shredded|
|Grated seeded cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), pared|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Country dijon style mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Oregano leaves||1 Dash|
|Basil leaves||1 Dash|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
|Pitas||2 Ounce, each cut in half horizontally (2 Small Sized, 1 Ounce Each)|
1. Preheat oven to 400Â°F. In small mixing bowl combine all ingredients except pitas.
2. Onto bottom half of each pita spread half of the cheese-walnut mixture; top each with remaining half of pita.
3. Arrange pitas on baking sheet and bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Cut each pita in half.
