Fruit Pita Pizza

Ingredients
  Part skim ricotta cheese 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  White pita bread 4 Small
  Pears/Any seasonal fruit choose fruits such as apples, blueberries / cantaloupe, that will not make the pita soggy 2
  Brown sugar 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F.
Blend ricotta cheese in blender or food processor until smooth.
Toast pitas in oven for 3-5 minutes, until just crisp.
Cut fruit into 1/2-inch chunks.
Spread 1/3 cup ricotta cheese onto each pita and top with one tablespoon of fruit.
Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of sugar over each pita.
Bake in oven for 5-6 minutes.
