1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento
Classic Supreme Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
2 medium apples, chopped
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup toasted walnut pieces
1/3 cup thinly sliced celery
In medium bowl, stir together yogurt, honey and cinnamon.
Add Cheddar cheese, apples, raisins, walnuts and celery; mix lightly.
Cut each pita bread in half to form 2 pockets.
Place 1 lettuce leaf in each pocket.
Spoon about 1/2 cup filling into each pocke
