Veggie Pita Pizzas
|Pita bread rounds||2 (6 Inch)|
|Canned tomato sauce||4 Ounce (1/2 Of An 8 Ounce Can / 1/2 Cup Herbed / Plain)|
|Cooked vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Such As Broccoli, Mushrooms, Cauliflower, Green Pepper, Asparagus, / Green Beans)|
|Mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Split each pita bread round horizontally so you have four rounds.
Place rounds on a baking sheet.
Bake in a 450° oven for 2 to 3 minutes or till dry and crisp.
Spread each round with tomato sauce.
Arrange vegetable on top of each round.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a 450° oven about 5 minutes or till cheese melts and pizzas are heated through.
