|Egg white||1 , lightly beaten|

Preheat oven to 350°.
Place pita bread on a baking sheet; brush egg white over each pita, and sprinkle with zahtar.
Drizzle 1/4 teaspoon olive oil over each pita bread round, and bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until edges of bread begin to brown.
Cut each pita into 4 wedges.
