Mini Pita Pizzas
|Whole wheat mini pita bread||2 , split in half along the seam (4 Inch Size)|
|Fat free pizza sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Put the pitas on a baking sheet and toast at 350° for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and crisp.
Spoon the pizza sauce over the 4 rounds and then top with the cheese.
Return to the oven and bake for 7 to 9 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pizza is hot.
