Veggie And Cheese Pita Melt

Ingredients
  Broccoli florets 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into 1-inch pieces
  Sliced scallions 2 Tablespoon (Green Onions)
  Rice wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded swiss cheese 3⁄4 Ounce
  Pita bread 1 Ounce, cut to form pocket (1 Small)
Directions

1. In small bowl, combine broccoli, green beans, scallion, and 2 tablespoons water. Microwave on High 1 minute. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce, and oil; set aside for 10 minutes to marinate, stirring once.
2. Stuff vegetable mixture and cheese into pita. Wrap in paper towel; microwave on High 1 minute, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
