Veggie And Cheese Pita Melt
|Broccoli florets||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into 1-inch pieces|
|Sliced scallions||2 Tablespoon (Green Onions)|
|Rice wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Low sodium soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded swiss cheese||3⁄4 Ounce|
|Pita bread||1 Ounce, cut to form pocket (1 Small)|
1. In small bowl, combine broccoli, green beans, scallion, and 2 tablespoons water. Microwave on High 1 minute. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce, and oil; set aside for 10 minutes to marinate, stirring once.
2. Stuff vegetable mixture and cheese into pita. Wrap in paper towel; microwave on High 1 minute, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
