Tuna Nicoise In Pita Pockets

Ingredients
  Frozen cut green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Plum tomatoes 2 , diced
  Black olives 8 , finely chopped (Preferably Nicoise / Calamata)
  Chopped red onion 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped dill/Minced fresh basil / parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 4 (Preferably Red Leaf / Boston)
  Whole wheat pita rounds 2 , halved
Directions

1 ln a medium-size saucepan of boiling water, cookthe green beans for 1 minute. Drain, rinse under cold running waterto cool, drain again, and set aside.
2 In a large bowl, mix the tuna, green beans, tomatoes, olives, onion, dill, oil, lemon juice, and pepper. Tuck several lettuce leaves into each pita half, then fill with the tuna Nicoise.
