Avocado Filled Pita

Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 1 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat pita 4 , halved
  Tomato 1 , peeled, seeded and chopped
  Scallion 1 , finely chopped (Including Green Part)
  Liquid red pepper seasoning 1 Dash
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Peel the avocado halves and chop the flesh coarsely. Combine with the lemon juice, garlic salt, oregano, and Worcestershire.
2. Fill pita halves with the avocado mixture. Combine the tomato, scal-lion, and red pepper seasoning and spoon over avocado filling.
