Ingredients
  Pita bread 1
  Alfalfa sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Chicken 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cooked and chopped
  Apple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Directions

1. Cut pita bread in half.
2. Toss remaining ingredients together and fill pockets of pita bread.
