Glazed Pineapple Slices
Heat the butter in the pan put in the pineapple and Kirsch and keep over low heat for 7 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the sugar add the rum and ignite. When the flame has died down put the pineapple on to plates and spoon over the liquid left in the pan.
Barbecue pineapple over medium hot coals for approximately 5 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Baste frequently with the glaze while cooking.
