Sweet Sour Country Style Ribs

|Flavored salt/Pizza seasoning||To Taste|
|Ketchup||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (About 175 Milliliter)|
|Pineapple jam/Fine shred marmalade||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (About 125 Milliliter)|
|French dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (About 50 Milliliter)|
|Salad oil||30 Milliliter (About 2 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic powder/Crushed fresh garlic||1 Tablespoon, crushed|
Rub a generous amount of pepper and flavored salt into the lean surfaces of the meat and place fat side up in a shallow, lightly oiled bake pan.
Roast at 375F (190C) for 30 minutes and turn: Brush with a mixture of the remaining ingredients and bake at 325F (160C) for 2 hours, turning and brushing with the sauce every 20 minutes.
Add a little water to the pan during cooking if necessary.
Slice and serve with whipped sweet potatoes and creamed Brussels sprouts.
