Sweet Sour Country Style Ribs

Ingredients
  Country style ribs 2 Pound (About 1 Kilogram)
  Black pepper To Taste
  Flavored salt/Pizza seasoning To Taste
  Ketchup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (About 175 Milliliter)
  Pineapple jam/Fine shred marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (About 125 Milliliter)
  French dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (About 50 Milliliter)
  Salad oil 30 Milliliter (About 2 Tablespoon)
  Garlic powder/Crushed fresh garlic 1 Tablespoon, crushed
Directions

Rub a generous amount of pepper and flavored salt into the lean surfaces of the meat and place fat side up in a shallow, lightly oiled bake pan.
Roast at 375F (190C) for 30 minutes and turn: Brush with a mixture of the remaining ingredients and bake at 325F (160C) for 2 hours, turning and brushing with the sauce every 20 minutes.
Add a little water to the pan during cooking if necessary.
Slice and serve with whipped sweet potatoes and creamed Brussels sprouts.
