Ginger Pork On Pineapple

Ginger Pork On Pineapple is easy to prepare. The tomato sauce with prepper gives the Ginger Pork On Pineapple a bracing taste.
Ingredients
  Pineapple 1
  Lean ground pork 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Tomato sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sliced water chestnuts 1 Can (10 oz), drained
Directions

Pare pineapple; cut crosswise into 6 slices, about 1 inch thick.
Arrange pineapple slices on deep round microwavable platter.
Cover pineapple with waxed paper.
Crumble pork and onion in 2 quart microwavable casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until pork is done, 3 to 5 minutes longer; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until bell pepper is crisp tender, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
Let stand covered 5 minutes.
Microwave pineapple until hot, about 4 minutes.
Serve pork mixture on pineapple slices.
