Ingredients
  Pineapples 6 Small
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Pint (Soft)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Light rum 3 Tablespoon
  Mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped pineapple pulp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced banana/Diced peaches 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced orange sections 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced strawberries/Sliced maraschino cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut off pineapple tops.
Wrap in foil.
Chill.
Scoop out pulp from pineapples, leaving 1/2-inch shells.
Chill shells; combine remaining ingredients; fill pineapple shells with mixture.
Wrap in foil; freeze until firm; replace pineapple tops
