Spiced Pineapple Pickups
|Canned pinapple chunks||15 Ounce (1 Large Can)|
|Vinegar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
At least 2 days before serving, drain syrup.
To 3/4 cup syrup add vinegar, salt and spices.
Heat 10 minutes, then add pineapple chunks.
Bring to boil.
Refrigerate till serving time.
To serve: Drain chunks, serve ice cold with toothpicks.
Marinade is good to baste a ham or even add to a pot of tea.
