Spiced Pineapple Pickups is something you gotta try. This Spiced Pineapple Pickups is packed with the richness of pineapple, vinegar and cinnamon. Just give this rich tasting fruit pickups a try this weekend.
Ingredients
  Canned pinapple chunks 15 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Whole cloves 8
  Cinnamon stick 4
Directions

At least 2 days before serving, drain syrup.
To 3/4 cup syrup add vinegar, salt and spices.
Heat 10 minutes, then add pineapple chunks.
Bring to boil.
Refrigerate till serving time.
To serve: Drain chunks, serve ice cold with toothpicks.
Marinade is good to baste a ham or even add to a pot of tea.
