Coconut Pineapple Slice
Thos pineapple slice recipe is prepared with coconut and pineapples. The batter of sugar, eggs and butter is flavored with vanilla and baked in a pan and can be served as desserts with a dessert fruit sauce.
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Unsweetened coconut||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine above ingredients and spread over pineapple.
Bake at 350 to 375F, 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares or fingers.
Can also be made in a large pie pan and cut in wedges.
