Ingredients
  Pork chops 4
  Canola oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Golden mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned pineapple tidbits 14 Ounce
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Brown the chops in the oil.
Place chops in a 2 to 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
Saute the onion in the oil until tender-crisp.
Spread the onion over the chops.
Combine the soup and undrained pineapple in the skillet over medium heat, scraping up any remains from the bottom of the skillet.
Stir in the soy sauce.
Pour the pineapple mixture over the chops and onions.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
