Baked Pineapple

  Fresh pineapple chunks/Canned, drained pineapple chunks 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water/Orange juice / any other juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raw honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sea salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 1 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon

Mix the pineapple and cheese in a 2 quart casserole.
Mix the juice, honey, salt, and flour mixture in a saucepan.
Stir and heat just until well blended.
Pour over the pineapple and cheese.
Top with bread crumbs.
Dot the crumbs with butter.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 Degree.
Serve baked pineapple with vegetable or grain dishes or try it as an unusual dessert.
