Pink Pineapple Frappe

Ingredients
  Fresh mint sprigs 2 Small
  Pineapple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Raspberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apricot nectar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Crushed ice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine mint, pineapple juice and sugar in saucepan, cover and bring to a boil.
Turn down heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Add raspberries and simmer 1 minute more.
Strain, pressing berries through the sieve and discarding the seeds.
Add apricot nectar and lime juice.
Chill.
Put ice in chilled cocktail glasses and pour mixture over.

I used the Ninja XL blender on my son. he lost an arm, that blender is legit
