Cinnamon Baked Pineapple

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Canned crushed pineapple 15 1⁄4 Ounce
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine cornstarch and water; stir until smooth.
Add to eggs, and blend well.
Add pineapple, sugar, and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; dot with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
