Stuffed Fresh Pineapple

Ingredients
  Fresh pineapple 1
For ham stuffing
  Cooked ham 8 Ounce, cubed
  Sauerkraut 6 Ounce
  Apple 1 Medium
For salad dressing
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Fresh chopped dill/1/4 teaspoon dried dill 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Halve pineapple lengthwise.
2. Scoop out the center and cut into bite-size pieces.
3. Cut ham into cubes.
4. Rinse and drain sauerkraut.
5. Core apple and cut into thin slices.

MAKING
6. In a bowl mix all the above ingredients.
7. Spoon the pineapple halves with the stuffing.
8. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice, dill, rosemary, sugar, and salt.
9. Pour this dressing over salad.
10. Chill for 30 minutes.

SERVING
11. Serve cold.
