Pink Party Mold
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Miniature marshmallows||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red food coloring||3 Drop|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned evaporated milk||14 1⁄2 Ounce, chilled|
|Maraschino cherries||6 , halved|
|Crushed pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat milk and marshmallows in top of double boiler until marshmallows dissolve.
Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes; dissolve in marshmallow mixture.
Add food coloring, sugar, citrus juices and peel.
Chill until mixture begins to set.
Whip chilled evaporated milk and fold into gelatin mixture.
Fold in halved cherries and crushed pineapple.
Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
