Pineapple Chunks

Ingredients
  Pineapple chunks 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced apricots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Apricot syrup 2 Teaspoon
  Ice chips 1 Tablespoon (As Needed)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice apricots and pineapple chunks.

MAKING
2. Into a small bowl, place sliced fruits and add Lemon Juice and Apricot Syrup.
3. Place the bowl on ice chips until thoroughly cold.

SERVING
4. Top with a tablespoon of cream and serve.
