Pineapple Whip Topping
|Whipping cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), whipped|
|Icing sugar||6 Tablespoon|
|Coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pineapple||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crushed|
|Maraschino cherries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Almonds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped (Toasted And Blanched)|
|Marshmallow||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Small Sized)|
1) In a bowl, mix together cream, sugar, coconut, pineapple, cherries, almonds and marshmallows.
2) Lightly fold the pineapple mixture.
3) Spread the Pineapple Whip Topping over desired sponge cake.
