|Dry white wine/Triple sec||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

1) Pare the pineapple, discard pulpy core and cut into bite-size pieces.
2) In a bowl, marinate the pineapple in white wine for several hours in the refrigerator.
3) Divide the pineapple and wine marinade equally into four servings.
4) Garnish the Pineapple Surprise with fresh strawberries and mint sprigs, serve chilled.
