Pickled Pineapple

Ingredients
  Pineapples 2
  White vinegar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Whole cloves 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon stick 2
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Skin pineapples. Slice crosswise 1 inch thick.
2) Discard the core and make pineapple slices into 1-inch sections.

MAKING
3) In a saucepan add vinegar, water, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon.
4) Mix pineapple and stir.
5) Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
6) Sterilize 3 pint jars and their covers.
7) Uncover the saucepan and cook for 20 minutes further.
8) Transfer mixture into hot jars and seal.

SERVING
9) Pineapple pickle makes 3 pints.
