Ingredients
  Fresh unsweetened pineapple juice/Defrosted (not canned) unsweetened pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine the unsweetened pineapple juice and soy sauce together.

SERVING
2) Use the marinade to marinate about 1 pound of any lean meat.

TIPS
Puncture the meat with a fork or knife before marinating.
Marinate the meat in a plastic or bowl or a plastic bag set in a bowl.
