Scallop And Pineapple Appetizer

Ingredients
  Quartered bay scallops/Sea scallops 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Whole Or Quartered Respectively)
  Baked ham slices 2 (Very Thin Deli)
  Canned pineapple slices 6 Ounce (1 Can, Reserve The Juice)
  Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Season the plank
2. Preheat the plank to 350 degrees
3. Clean the scallops and remove any of the damaged parts of the scallops
4. Discard all the shells

MAKING
5. Cut the pineapples into wedges
6. Ensure that the sizes of the pineapples and the scallops are the same
7. Dip each scallop into the pineapple juice
8. Wrap the scallop with a piece of ham
9. Secure with a toothpick
10. Slice on a wedge of pineapple
11. Place the prepared rolls on the preheated plank
12. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
13. Bake for 30 minutes

SERVING
14. Serve hot immediately
