Pineapple Conserve

Ingredients
  Pineapple pulp 1 Quart, chopped
  Orange rind 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Lemon rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a kettle and cook pineapple in juice until tender.
2) Add lemon, oranges and sugar.
3) Boil until mixture turns thick.

SERVING
4) Pour Pineapple Conserve into hot sterilized jars and seal nicely.
