|Warm water||18 Cup (288 tbs)|
Mince the cores and skins of the pineapples, cover with the sugar and leave for a few hours, stirring occasionally.
Add the warm water, stir well, cover and leave overnight.
Next day, strain and bottle.
Serve undiluted and very cold, with some diced pineapple added to each glass.
