Iced Pineapple Appetizer

Ingredients
  Pineapple 1
  Head of celery 1
  Red peppers/Green peppers 1
  Apple 1 Large
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Peel pineapple and remove brown hairs from the 'eyes'.
Cut in half and remove core, then cut strips, then shreds.
Peel and core the apple and grate on the large side of the grater.
Shred the celery finely.
Toss together, with mayon- naise, and serve in individual dishes.
Garnish with fine strips of pepper and celery heart and chill well.
