|Canned water chestnuts||5 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Pineapple chunks||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), drained|
|Lean bacon slices||12 , halved|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Quarter each water chestnut.
Place each water chestnut piece on a pineapple chunk.
Roll in slice of bacon.
Dip in lemon juice and fasten with a toothpick.
Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with soy sauce.
Broil 3-inches from heat until crisp.
