Pineapple Conserve

Ingredients
  Chopped pineapple pulp 1 Quart (Undrained)
  Oranges 2
  Lemon 1
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Cook pineapple until tender.
Grate the rinds of the oranges and the lemon.
Remove the pulp from the membrane.
Combine the pineapple, orange and lemon rinds and pulp and the sugar.
Cook, stirring frequently, over high heat until the pineapple mixture is thick.
Pour into sterilized glasses and seal.
