Spicy Pineapple Pickups

|Pineapple chunks||16 Ounce (Packed In Own Juice, Drained, Reserve Liquid)|
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. To 1/3 cup of reserved pineapple juice, add vinegar, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Simmer for 8 minutes.
2. Add pineapple chunks and heat until just boiling. Chill 1-2 days.
3. Drain and serve.
