Frozen Pineapple

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1 Quart
  Pineapple 1
Directions

Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then cool.
Pare the pineapple and remove the core and eyes.
Cut in slices or cubes, as desired.
Pack in freezer containers and cover with the syrup.
Seal and freeze.
