  Canned water chestnuts 4 Ounce, drained (125 Grams)
  Peeled grated ginger 1 Tablespoon (Fresh Ones)
  Desiccated coconut 2 Ounce (60 Grams)
  Fresh rosemary 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Rum 2 Tablespoon (White / Dark)
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Grams)
Directions

Slice the pineapple chunks and lychees in half, grate the water chestnuts and mix all the ingredients together.
