Ingredients
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrots 2 Large, washed, scraped and cut into 1-inch pieces
  Lemon wedge 1⁄4 Inch (Lemon With Rind)
Directions

In electric blender combine all ingredients and process to a thick, shrub consistency.
