Gingered Pineapple

Ingredients
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped candied ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Canned pineapple chunks 20 1⁄2 Ounce, chilled and drained to make 2 cups (One 1 Pound 4 1/2 Ounce Can)
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients; chill.
To serve, spoon over drained pineapple in individual serving dishes.
