|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , separated|
|Whipping cream||1 Pint, whipped|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine milk, gelatin and 1/2 cup sugar; let set for 30 minutes to soften gelatin.
Beat egg yolks and remaining sugar together; add to gelatin mixture.
Cook in double boiler for 15 minutes.
Stir cooked mixture, whipped cream and stiffly beaten egg whites together until blended well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
