Sweet And Sour Franks

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple tidbits 8 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Medium, cut into 1 inch strips
  Beef bouillon cube 1
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Frankfurters 1⁄2 Pound, sliced crosswise (4 Or 5)
  Hot cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
In skillet, melt butter.
Add onion and green pepper; cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
Dissolve bouillon cube in 1 cup boiling water.
Mix cornstarch, sugar, and dash salt; add pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy, and bouillon.
Pour over vegetables.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Add franks and pineapple.
Heat.
Serve over rice.
