Prune Pineapple Dessert
|Cooked prunes||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Canned crushed pineapple||9 Ounce, well drained (1 can)|
|Marshmallows||12 Large, cut into quarters|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Mix prunes, pineapple, and marshmallows; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Lightly fold in whipped cream and sugar.
Pile in sherbet glasses.
