Pineapple Brunch Bites
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce (2 packages, 3 ounce each)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 3⁄4 Ounce, well drained (1 can)|
|Refrigerated butterflake rolls||1 Pound (1 package)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Canned pineapple tidbits||2 Tablespoon|
1. Start heating oven to 375Â°F.
2. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and va-nilla extract; stir in crushed pineapple.
3. On 2 large ungreased cookie sheets use fingers to flatten each roll from package, pushing outward so small rim is formed, and diameter of each is 3 1/2 inches. Brush rims with beaten egg; then place heaping tablespoon of pineapple mixture in center of each.
4. Bake 12 to 14 minutes. Cool; top with drained pineapple tidbits.
